November 10, 2006 - 8:41 p.m.

wheeesh. I are back. hohoho. Just came back from class chalet. :D was uber fun! <3 hahaha. this is the longest chalet I've ever been to mans. A 4 day 3 nights chalet. Went on tuesday and only came back this morning. Damn cheap chalet at Changi. only 30 bucks per night for a semi-detached chalet. Hahah. But guess what, when we went there on tuesday. We came to a horrifying realisation that the OLD CHANGI HOSPITAL is just right behind our chalet! Hohum. Weeeeelll. It wasnt shown on the map when we booked. That was the thing i was rather concerned about when we booked. Haha. But it turned out ok lah. The chalet itself looked abit old on the outside but the inside was relatively clean and spacious. Actually better than what I saw on the photos. Haha. Of course the very enthusiastic and excited ppl went up to explore the hospital the first thing they got there. Lols. And after that somehow I was dragged in on the expedition too. Mmm. The place is terribly rundown after being closed and abandoned for over ten years. Since we went there in the day, we didnt see anything spooky. Though the ppl who went up earlier than I did said that when they went into the main lobby the door suddenly swung shut when there wasnt any wind at all. Like the starting of a horror flick eh. WHAM! The door swings shut and the main characters are trapped in the haunted house. Haha. But luckily for them, they managed to open the door. The other spooky accounts I read online said that changgi hospital was fenced off patrolled by a guard and dogs but we didnt see any in the building we explored. Haha. Perhaps its the other building. If you visit it at night it'll probably be tons more scary and you'll also probably see things.. But like my dad says, it's not just changi lah, all hospitals probably will have this sort of things, just that changi is more haunted? I dunno. But yeah, actually those that passed away in hospitals are quite poor things. And there are still so many ppl excited to go and see them and disturb them. Well, I believe there are probably ghosts and spirits out there but if you have a clear conscience and don't purposely disturb them nth will happen to you lah. But I'm still rather terrified of the dark and this sort of things, haha xD Anyway, when we left that place we saw this group of ppl waiting outside the hospital and they even brought along guitars with them. Makes one wonder what their agenda for the day, I mean night is. When we were there we also saw alot of incense on the floor. Probably left by those who went there to get lucky 4D numbers, as suggested by Fiona. Lols. And there were also quite a few of this plastic transparent containers containing diff coloured oils each with a joss stick in the oil. Well, police have caught a few cult group holding their cult activities there so yeah.

Day 1-
Haha the bbq was great man ^^ Though we had a very hard time starting the fire, lucky the maintenance guy helped us with it hee hee. Nearly the whole class excluding the PRCs went cos the PRCs already went back to China already. Yups. Nice yummy food. The first night there was abit freaky cos we werent used to the place and it was big and we could see changi hospital from the the bedroom windows upstairs. Hehe. So I barely slept the first night cos i was too freaked and also we kinda squeezed 5 ppl on two single beds pushed together. Not the most conducive environment for a good night's sleep I would say-freezing room of 16 degrees celsius and no space to turn and fling my arms about. Not to mention the blanket was so thin and I was wearing shorts. xD but it twas fun. Cos everyone couldnt sleep so we kinda talked the night away.

Day 2-
By today it it was down to 8 ppl, Haiyiu, Fiona, Bixue, Xuefen, Iris, Viv and me. actually planned a trip to Pulau Ubin to cycle, but it was raining in the morning so we couldnt go. What did we do then? We went to explore changi village and changi beach, and of course, spend the day playing mahjong and bridge. All part of the taitai training you know. It aint easy man, majhong. It's a strategy game you know. Haiyiu tried to teach us all the rules and combis to play with chips and we all went @.@ No wonder they say mahjong helps prevent lao ren chi dai zheng xD .
breakfast: last night's leftovers-bee hoon, otah, chicken wings and satay X.x
lunch: sick of leftovers- SUBWAY <3
dinner: MORE LEFTOVERS X.X -curry, CHICKEN WINGS,otah, chiken chop, PRAWNS!<3( fiona and bixue cooked chilli ketcup PRAWNS! <3 was happiful.)
after dinner snack: cadbury, Lays sour cream and onion and meiji dark chocolate.

at night after watching inu and getbackers, we started playing truth or dare. wanted to wait till later to go changi village and walk around and see see (if you get what I mean) but in the end we got too lazy and tired to walk there. very informative and interesting truth or dare indeed.^^ but dammit, bish u nv did ur dare! :P

Day 3- Hoho! we went Pulau Ubin today! rented bicycles and cycled all around Pulau Ubin for 3 hours! damn cool man.accomplishment! fats burned and muscles gained!hohoho. I TOTALLY LOVE THE SLOPES THERE. SO FUN! but I just died going up the slopes though.hahaha. Had to resort to pushing it up the slope hehe. But one of them was so terribly steep and fun that me and xf just had to push our bikes up again just to go down the slope ^^ After that we crashed the drink stall and finished a total of 8 coconuts between the 7 of us. Ah, bliss~ Heeesh. Oh there was a parrot at the shop too haha. It noes how to say ni hao ma! xD so cute. and i started whistling and it whistled back xD After that it started raining heavily and we went to play in the rain. Hoho. when we took the boat back it still raining and we sat by the window and got all drenched ^^ damn fun! When we got back to mainland we went dinner shopping. Changi village got SUPER NICE FOOD. the carrot cake damn nice!!!! The uncle gave alot for 2 bucks and he put the whole egg in! <<<<<3 We found the wet market and changi and bought a whole lot of fruits.Actually suffering from withdrawal from greens and fruits hahaha.
breakfast: MORE CHICKEN WINGS X.x (luckily its the last batch), another Lays sour cream, bread, microwaved plain potatoes, boiled mash potatoes, watermelon.
lunch: coconuts, green tea, ice popsicles
dinner: slice fish soup, rice( joy! rice after 3 days!), ba chor mee, rojak, carrot cake
after dinner snack: cadbury, mint chocolate, 72% dark chocolate.

hoho. yups, that about wraps up the whole chalet. DAMN FUN. came back this morning.Starting to develop a cough now. mum and dad keeps nagging about it xD hehehe. I really had an enjoyable time! First chalet I've been to with my friends only and no adults actually. Had a great time of my life man. Esp with this crazy company. Haha. rocks. Mahjong and bridge, needless to say were favourite pastimes. After meal leisure activities. HOho. xD But I suddenly felt sad when leaving the chalet today, feels like a conclusion for the whole year. Leaving. Dunno when we'll get together like that and do crazy things again T.T Mehs. tch. touchwood. I dont care. We may drift apart but we shalt all not lose contact! hohum. I shall keep in contact with all my great pals! stacy and linda, and all the zhu peng gou you pals in 403: Bish, Fiona, Iris, Xue Fen, Haiyiu, Char and Jess. And Viv as well, oh mans, I never met any other with a sense of humor quite so saddistic. Damn funny to watch tv with her cos viv provides her own special commentaries that sets you rolling on the floor with laughter. HAHA. okiesh i shall stop emo-ing.. mehs. haha. shall go scoot off now. jya na
