Ah yes, the internet is back up again. 久しぶりね。I survived two whole days in civilisation without internet connection. Now dont I really deserve thaty gold medal? Muahaha. Have been really too lazy to blog. xD Loads of things happened once again. NURGHHHH. In a twinkling of the eye, the year ends again. And I have yet to pack my room. =x The holidays just zoomed past like this as usual. But it wasn't so boring this time round. Cos I went to work at my uncle's office. I got my paycheck!!! <<<<<333 Hee Hee.Did data entry. Quite a fun and interesting experience to work for so long in an office. But through this, it made me realise that adult working life is really mundane and boring. It's a routine that never changes. Everyday, wake up, go to work, work, knock off, go home, sleep, tommorow work again. Mehs. Cooped up for long hours in the office for the rest of your life. Hiazz. Now I really don't wanna grow up. At least in school you can slack, can sleep in class, can do stupid things with your friends, lead a terribly exciting life by doing illegal things and almost getting into trouble but managing to evade it and you do different things everyday. Mehs. And another observation I made is that office life is very unhealthy. You spend your whole day in the air-conditioned office where the conditions seem to be modelled after the artic zone. There is no fresh air, the air-con air gets recycled I think. Maybe it's just me, I cant stand being cooped up indoors. I like to go outdoors, feel the sun shining down (though best if it's not too hot) and the wind ruffling your hair;when it rains I like to listen to the rain come down. But office life-you spend the whole week working and by the time weekend comes, most people are dead beat and sian and too lazy to bring yourself to go out and exercise. Haha, the radio reported that a survery conducted showed that many Singaporeans' new year resolution and wish is that they hope to exercise more in the coming year. Hoping is not enough I think, you'd have to drag yourself out of bed and off the sofa/computer chair and really go out and exercise. The effects are wondrous-tried it myself. After suffering from withdrawal symptoms from lack of being outdoors for two weeks I went to play badminton, cycle the whole of the punggol estate.Rocks man. Relaxes the whole body. And personally, I do not think the gym works. It somehow feels wrong. I mean, you are there to exercise so the point is to go outdoors and sweat it out right, not stay indoors in an air-con room again and try to exercise. To me, that's not really exercise somehow, you don't even sweat much. Hmmm, but why am I suddenly commenting on the adult lifestyle and giving suggestions when I'm not even there yet? Lols. I must be aging mentally really fast. =x sheesh.
oh we also celebrated bx's birthday. She was so touch-ched by the Mello pullover we printed for her that she cried! Wahaha. We just rock. Our birthday present are always so damn cool. Muahaha.
Ahah, I also went to bangkok for 6 days during the hols. Wheee. Like they say, the shopping there is AWESOME. We shopped for all six days we were there and I'm still feeling regretful that we didnt buy more stuff back. Haha. Hiazz. Regret not buying the hairbands. Minitoons sells them for 2 bucks. I have a feeling it'd be alot cheaper at thailand. I didnt want to buy 10 hairbands back but come to think of it now, 10 isnt really alot, since I cant go anywhere without hairband now after cutting my hair. Oh yes, I cut my hair in thailand.S$10 for cut, wash and blow. Not a bad deal eh? It looks nice, only when its wet, presentable when with hairband. And without anything, it's really screwed, fluffs up like nobody's business, looks kinda like Daoming Si's hair in meteor garden one-recall the pineapple hairstlye? Yeah, that bad. So yes. Hairbands are essential. Bx says my new hair makes me look even gay-er. I think so too, but nvm, I shall have fun looking like a gay anime character and not mope about it :D It's kinda cool actually. And I kinda like it. xD Oh but bangkok, I think it's more fun to go with ppl of your own age, as in, that way you can get more harvest xD Cos ppl of the same age group usually have similar taste and this rocks when things are alot cheaper when you buy in bulk. Oh mans. That would be one smashing shopping trip. Anyone up for it? =D
Ahah, just finished this book called ' Mr Darcy takes a wife' a sequel to Pride and Prejudice written by another author, not Jane Austen. It was not bad. Very nice and long. Haha. But it's kinda abit like a giant smut fanfic novel. Hehes. Old English is <3 I like it. It's very cute. A hankerchief is called a pocket square. xD I like the way the people speak too. Heesh. xD Horses and carriages, gowns and hats are nice. xD
