-movie marathon of cool movies that i missed! moulin rouge, choir boys, gattacca(dunno how to spell), shrek 3, spidey 3, PIRATES 3, titanic, other random things. maybe can go back to sch lib and watch movies in the hols heh.make good use of facilities.
READ! homgsh, im deprived of good books :( must make good use of the school's fiction collection which is actually quite good and very much under-utilised. i think the poor books feel neglected.

Hiiii everybody, Jojo is back! Jojo is alive and kicking, and would likes to thank everyone for the overwhelming concern for the status of this blog. Is very very touched! <3 Jojo loves dears!

Alright.Switch back from Nickiii mode to Jo mode if you didn't realise. Nickiii is our CT this year. For the sake of my safety and all you guys out there, she shall be referred to as Nickiii. You know who she is. Me thinks thats a pretty neat nickname. I think and do hope she doesn't google that. Would reflect abit funnily on her if she did.OOH. Maybe we could use 'you-know-who" instead for tighter security. And I think she has yet to discover that we actually know about her blog and uhh read it. Actually I can't figure out how the smart dude who found her blog did it. Damn pro lah. Only has the nickname that she uses and her picture. Doesn't have any trace of her real name at all. I know I tried googling. Must have been a stroke of good luck, or rather, uhh good humour for that dude. It is a rather entertaining blog. I would have liked to assure everyone that my blog is safe as it has no traces of my real name or our class for that matter but when i googled my name ys's blog comes out in the first few entries! *gasps!* MayDay MayDay, Security breach! Ys dearie, if you see this, can you do sth about it, like mmm maybe take away my surname from ur bloggie link so it doesnt show up on google? I'd hate for Nickiii to close down her blog. She has many ardent fans following her entries. Cheers them up like nth. And I wouldn't want to pit myself against her too. Jo is scared. xD But don't get me wrong, my purpose is not really to mock her. Neither is bitching about her on my agenda. I would just like to share my amazement. She's really, astounding. Like how I never knew such ppl could exist. Thought they only lived in chic flicks. Hence it's really interesting to see them in real live. Her bimbo bounce in her teaching, the way she fangirls about shopping complete with her girly voice and beauty tips is amazing. An eyeopener. Like how my sister's love and obsession with her JE dudes and lil boys never fails to make my jaw drop. HAHA. OMG i think im damn good at bullshitting. Look at the whole big chunk of crap above! Ok no it's not crap. It's me being eloquent (: One must always elaborate and substantiate one's claims with examples. Mmmm. (:

Being J2 with the A levels looming overhead like some doomsday storm cloud aint fun. Beginning to get abit stressed. My econs and maths are sucky. Booo. GP is bad too. Aiyo. Need to be hardcore and mug till i need 3 pairs of glasses or sth. Everyone suddenly turned guai this year and started doing tutorials and falling asleep less in lectures. Anyway life is damn boring, everyday do work like a good girl. Actually im already struggling to keep up with current work and juggle all the weird random stuff.Oh mans. Haven't gone out in a long long time too. Going out is defined as wearing home clothes and going OUT, to town, to pulau ubin, to crash somewhere and talk cock with the kakis. Sigh, even if we do go out, the most is like lunch/dinner at J8. BOOO. And it's getting quite hard to catch everyone around. :( But nvm, THE PLANNED REUNION DINNER ON THE WEEKEND BEFORE CNY SHALL TAKE PLACE. I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. But on the other hand, life is not that bad cos the ppl in class are damn fun and retarded :D. There are many times when I laugh so hard at the stupid jokes until tears almost came out. Quoth our most highly esteemed in-house joker (the joke is many a time on himself) mr JH: " When life gives you mee goreng, eat mee goreng. " HAHAHHAAA. Wth. And whee! REGULAR BBALL GAMES! OMG <<<<<<3 I MISSED BBALL. Used to play quite regularly with classmates during pri sch and the games got lesser and lesser and faded away to zero as we slowly lost contact with each other. Then no one to play bball with me in sec sch cos not too many ppl were interested. And finally I found ppl to play with again! Quite a few gals somemore! Rocks. Paul bought a ball and we're like happily playing every friday when we end at 1230. Will get nicely toasted brown in due time I suspect. I think we're all like quite addicted to the game. woots. It's fun ^^

Mmm, being senior this year, I've had the privilege to conducting interviews for cca selection. Went to help out for interact, rec bad and abit of boon lay. Through this experience, I finally realised that my interview skills suck. No wonder I've never had too much luck with interviews. There are a few main things that interviewers generally look for.
1. Passion and enthusiasm. Thats a plus point. If you are looking for ppl to join your organisation, you would naturally look for enthusiastic ppl all geared up to join you and contribute to the best of their abilities. Hence, as an interviewee, it is critical that you convey to the interviewers your strong desire and passion to join them.
2. Would be to read up and know about the org you are intending to join. Makes a good first impression and shows ur interest and sincerity. Which org would want to take in ppl who come for interview not knowing what they are actually in for. Shows that they never really take it seriously. 3. Spam your past experiences to show how you can contribute. But of course they must be relevant in order to impress.

yeah basically those are it. At the bottomline, its very impt to sound sincere and passionate abour joining the org interviewing you. Here you go, Jo's noob guide to interviewing. I think they are prob duh pts but i just realised them so I'm just jotting down my academic observations. xD (WHEEE EDISON CHEN IS ON TV NOW :D)

Mmmm. what else. I'm getting quite sleepy and bored with blogging. Ooops, haven't blogged about Japan yet. It was damn fun and interesting. Remind me to blog about it with some of the nice photos taken :D Shall not rant on unnecessarily and go do sth else. Until the next time, dudes and dudettes.
